Recording or taping your session with Katherine is strictly prohibited unless permission is given by Katherine.
No public posting of your session is permitted on any website or social media unless permission is given by Katherine.
The use of speakerphone during your session is not permitted.
Please note that due to Katherine's busy and often changing schedule, on occasion our office may have to reschedule your appointment.
If you need to reschedule your appointment this may be possible provided that you make this request at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. No refunds are given for ‘no shows’ or cancellations.
Sessions with Katherine are considered digital goods/services and there are no refunds or exchanges.
Katherine reserves the right to terminate a reading if she feels that the subject or subjects are being disruptive, disrespectful or uncooperative. If a session is terminated because of such actions, no refunds will be issued and any monies paid for the session will be forfeited.
Before commencing my Tarot reading, I have considered all of the above, and I agree to hold Katherine Lenaghan harmless and hereby release and remise Katherine Lenaghan from any claims, demands, suits for damages, for injury or complications whatever and/or negligence that may result from any Tarot reading.
